: Vacation Rental Terms :

 

Reservation Policy:

• Down payment and signed agreement form required to book vacation condo.

• All reservations can be paid at 50% to book condo. Final payments must be

received 30 days(Non-Holidays) and 60 days(Holidays/HighSeason)

before arrival date.

• A refundable security deposit of $300.00 US Dollars is required

with final payment.Your security deposit will be held up to 14 days after

departure while property management inventories and inspects the unit for content.

• Minimum charge of $25.00 dollars will be incurred for any damaged, missing and

broken items that are an important rental operation of the condo including dιcor

and matching sets. Tenant must notify owner first, if they plan to replace common

items “close-to-a-near-match” while on vacation (exclude such items as designer

dishware, silverware and bed spread collections. These items are selective to the

dιcor of the home by owner choice).

• Positive identification by the guest is required upon arrival in our main lobby

concierge desk such as a passport and/or a major credit card.

• Guest luggage should be stored in closets and storage rooms only.

• Use common sense when leaving the condo for extended period of time. Lock all

doors and windows when leaving the condo premises for the day and for the

evening.

• All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations

• Passports are required for Mexico. Please verify passport expiration dates do not

occur while on vacation. No other documents will be accepted by port authority

for traveling tourist.

 

Check-in Policy:

• Check-in 3:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM.

• Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half-a-days rate, if time

and vacancy is available. Otherwise, luggage can be held securely in the reception

area at the concierge desk in the open-air lobby.

• No Pets allowed.

• No smoking inside the condo.

• Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve

both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving

the premises for an eventful day/evening, or when spending days at the beach

club, pools and beaches.

• Each room has a separate built-in remote control air conditioner unit, which cools

the room very quickly.

• Each room has a ceiling fans which operates by a wall switch. Do Not Use The

Pull Cords To Operate Ceiling Fan.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Condominium rental requires a signed authorization form to confirm the reservation

with down payment, and client is in receipt of this authorization form

whereby your rental week is Non Refundable, unless otherwise specified by the

terms of the Cancellation agreement.

• If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation

and forfeiture of payment received..

• There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind

during your stay.

• If tenant cancels reservation More Then 60 days prior to your expected arrival

date, 40% of “deposit” is forfeited if we are able to re-book the unit for the entire

time of your original reservation. The total amount of the “funds” received will be

forfeited if tenant cancels within 30 days for non-holiday reservation or within 60

days for a holiday/High Season reservation, whereby we are unable to re-book the

unit. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable within 60 days of expected arrival.

 

Occupancy:

• Maximum occupancy of 6 Guests for 3 bedroom and 4 Guests for 2 bedroom, includes

children no matter the age. 1 additional small child may be allowed for extra charge. No

additional exceptions. Cribs may be reserved in advance upon availability.

 

Additional Services:

• Maid service is included for 1 mid-week cleaning on “by the week” rentals.

Please arrange the cleaning days with concierge upon arrival. In addition, maid

service can be increased for an additional charge of $25 per day made and payable

directly with concierge. All condo cleaning include laundering and change of

linens and towels. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays.

• Concierge speaks fluent English and provides other personal services to all our

rental tenants. Please inquire while on vacation.

• A limited number of rental cribs may be available for rental on a first come first

serve basis. You may ask to reserve these items in advance or upon your arrival at

the concierge desk.

 

Travel Insurance:

• We do not offer refunds while vacationing here at Paseo Del Sol. All reservations

fall into the category of our standard cancellation policy. Proof of travel insurance

is required when requesting a claim letter of credit if applicable.

• We recommend that you look into purchasing airline travel insurance such as

Travel Guard in the U.S. and elsewhere. In Canada, many elect to use RBC Travel

Insurance. Explore your options if you plan to purchase travel insurance in your

country. Our Owner-Direct Authorization form is our contract with clients. This is

the only means of support we offer for you to claim your travel cancellation expenses,

We are an owner-direct hospitality service and make no guarantee for

claims with travel insurance companies. We can provide a letter of cancellation is

one is required. Please consult your travel insurance company for instructions.

 

Helpful Travel Information:

• We recommend travel insurance to avoid any acts of the almighty.

• Verify that all Passports are valid and not approaching expiration dates for all

International travel.

 

Site Terms

• The owners, condominium property management and/or any of its affiliates is not

responsible for any personal items missing, damaged or belonging pertaining to

tenants.

• Breakable drinking bottles, glasses and such breakable items are not allowed near

the pool. You may bring a small coolers poolside and serve drinks in plastic ware.

• The owners, condominium property management and/or any of its affiliates is not

responsible for any accidents that happen in the pool, the complex property, and

within the condo or the property pertaining to tenants.

• By accepting this reservation, you also agree to keep all terms and conditions of

this arrangement confidential, and you further release the owners, condominium

property management and/or any of its affiliates of all claims stemming from acts

of the almighty, accidents, theft and damages pertaining to tenant.
